On Sunday 30th November there was a gathering at Altrincham and District Scouts and Explorers Unit to celebrate the recently installed art panels at nearby Navigation Road Station.
Getting crafty in time for Christmas!
The young members of Cheshire Buddies and LIVE Cheshire had lots of fun making Christmas tree decorations under the guidance of artist Sue Guildford recently. The decorations will soon adorn the Christmas tree at Chester Station to mark the beginning of the festive season.
Friends of Hale Railway 200
Friends of Hale recently held a Railway 200 themed stand at their village fait on the 28th September. Their stall proved very popular, especially with the younger visitors who enjoyed playing with the model railway they`d brought along for the occasion.
Altrincham Interchange Aerial Photograph
An amazing aerial photograph taken by Altrincham based photographer Andy Mallins has been installed at Altrincham Interchange. The photo, printed on an aluminium panel is now hanging near the stairs in the bus station and can be enjoyed by all who pass through the Interchange.
