There are bus replacement services on the Mid Cheshire Line ….
On Sunday 26th August 2018 …..
Buses will replace all train services between Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport until 16:45.
Rail services on the Mid Cheshire Line will run between Stockport and Chester.
Note from the Mid Cheshire Line, through tickets are available between any rail station and any Metrolink station.
By changing at Altrincham, this will provide an alternative means of getting into Manchester.
