Anderton Boat Lift
17th June 2018

It is not often that one comes across the perfect Father’s Day present but this could well be one of them.

On Sunday 17 June, Britain’s ‘Cathedral of the Canals’ – Cheshire’s Anderton Boat Lift, near Northwich, is offering a ‘Father’s Day’ tour of the Lift, including a rarely-available trip to the top.

If a family of three or more books to go on the tour, dad goes free.

The Lift is the world’s first successful boat lift and the tour is a special chance to enjoy and learn about this giant and magnificent lift.

Tours run at 10.30am, 12pm and 2.30pm and advanced booking is required.

Tickets cost £5 each.
