Talk: Murder He Wrote – the ICI scandal

Mid Cheshire College - Hartford Campus
6th December 2013

A Northwich & District Heritage Society Talk ....

Sponsored by Tatta Chemicals Europe

Local editor and historian Mark Bevan will take us through an investigation into the incredible events at the formation of ICI in 1926.

At the centre of the intrigue were Roscoe Brunner and his wife who were found shot dead in a London mansion.

What was the role of Sir Alfred Mond? What was the secret the Brunners took to their grave?

Northwich & District Heritage Society members enjoy free admission to the Society's programme of talks. Non-members are welcome on payment of £1.50 admission fee at the door.

Talks take place at Mid-Cheshire College, Hartford Campus, Chester Road, Northwich at 8:00pm.

Plenty of parking and the usual disabled facilties.
