A Northwich & District Heritage Society Talk ....

The Society’s AGM at 7.30 pm is followed by Tony Bostock's latest talk - The Holcrofts of Vale Royal.

Sir Thomas Holcroft is known locally as the gentleman who “plucked down” Vale Royal Abbey to make his home there. Tony will recount the many facets of the family and of Sir Thomas’s career as a Tudor courtier, soldier and spy master.

Northwich & District Heritage Society members enjoy free admission to the Society's programme of talks. Non-members are welcome on payment of £1.50 admission fee at the door.

Talks take place at Mid-Cheshire College, Hartford Campus, Chester Road, Northwich at 8:00pm.

Plenty of parking and the usual disabled facilties.
