Boat Lift Beer Festival

Anderton Boat Lift
25th May 2018 - 27th May 2018

A new Prosecco and Gin bar will be an exciting new addition to the Lift's sixth annual beer and cider festival, being held between Friday 25 May and Sunday 27 May.

In what promises to live up to the success of its previous festivals there will be twelve excellent beers from the UK as well as three ciders.

Once again, bands will be a key feature of the festival with performances by Platform 7, and Northwich-based bands Reminds and Tijuna Death Squad.

Open from 7pm until last orders at 11pm, tickets on the night will cost £7.50 but can be pre-ordered for £5 at https://visitchester.digitickets.co.uk/category/13823

Beer tokens will cost £2 each or ten for £15.00. Each night, freshly-sourced food, including gourmet burgers, will be available in the Lift View.

The Bands:

Friday - Platform 7 – a Crewe-based seven-piece band. The band will perform a selection of Soul and Motown music.

Saturday - Reminds is a Northwich-based five-piece band and will play covers of bands from the 1980s until now. The band has been together since April 2016 and has a wide repertoire of songs.

Sunday - Tijuna Death Squad – a four-man, Northwich-based ‘rock & roll’ band that has a ‘Mexican twist’.
